or (f) DSGVO. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. In the event of objection,
NetzDesign will no longer process the personal data, unless we can prove compelling grounds for processing
worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or the
processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If NetzDesign processes personal data in order
to conduct direct advertising, the person concerned has the right to object at any time to the processing of
personal data for the purpose of such advertising. This also applies to profiling in so far as it is connected

by NetzDesign, NetzDesign will no longer process the personal data for these purposes. In addition, the data
subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him by NetzDesign for scientific

and regulation maker in Article 7 (3), to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

employee of NetzDesign at any time.
Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
Any person data subject to the processing of personal data shall, without prejudice to any other administrative
or judicial remedy, have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State
of his or her residence, place of work or place of presumed infringement, as granted by the European directive
and regulation maker in Article 77(1), if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data
is contrary to this Regulation.
