Right of opposition

Any person data subject to the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European directive and regulation maker in Article 21 DSGVO to object at any time, on grounds arising from his/her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) DSGVO. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. In the event of objection, NetzDesign will no longer process the personal data, unless we can prove compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If NetzDesign processes personal data in order to conduct direct advertising, the person concerned has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purpose of such advertising. This also applies to profiling in so far as it is connected with such direct advertising. If the data subject objects to the processing for direct advertising purposes by NetzDesign, NetzDesign will no longer process the personal data for these purposes. In addition, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him by NetzDesign for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Art. 89 (1) DSGVO for reasons arising from his particular situation, unless such processing is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest. Right of appeal to a supervisory authority

Any person data subject to the processing of personal data shall, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her residence, place of work or place of presumed infringement, as granted by the European directive and regulation maker in Article 77(1), if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data is contrary to this Regulation.
